Every order is subject to availability and approval. Online shopping are process by an online seller, associated to The Copper Company. Every order is packed and shipped from Santiago-Chile.
Every order will have a minimum purchase, according on the product. It will be stated on the product´s description from our website.
The price is in chilean peso (CLP) and the daily dollar’s exchange rate.
Your billing address and your invoice´s address must be the same, so we can process your order correctly. There are no exceptions to this rule. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We aim to ship your order as fast as possible. This is why every order is shipped on workdays (Monday to Friday, except holidays). Regarding to our online shop
If your request a volume purchase shipment, delivery may take from 30 to 90 workdays, subject to previous agreement.
Shipping cost will be added to your order and detailed at checkout.
The orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO address.

- Once your order is sent, you must pay 50% of the purchase through wire transfer and the remaining 50% once delivered. For international orders, the remaining 50% must payed once the shipping papers are sent (Invoice plus the Bill of Landing).
- Once an order is made, the payment must be made through an irrevocable letter of credit.
- There is a 10% tolerance on the amount and value.
- The L.C. must be irrevocable and made by a first category bank.
- The L.C. must be able to be traded in any chilean bank.
- C.´s expiration date must be from the same place as the recipient.
- A minimum of 21 days of tolerance is required to trade with the bank.
- Transshipments and partial shipment must be allowed.
- Credit card must be received within 10 days from placing the order or proforma is received.
Our products prices will depend on the purchase quantity. This will be handled directly by one of our staff via e-mail.
Every international order is quoted and bargained on a FOB price.
We advise to talk to your local custom authorities and double check prices before purchase.

Every order made on our website are considered as a purchase with the prior conditions, and are subject to the existence of the product, immediate availability and that shipping may be made according to the shipping company´s terms.
Online sales are processed by The Copper Company´s online salespersons and are confirmed as soon as possible in chronological order. Every order is packed and shipped from Santiago-Chile. Every price on our website is in chilean pesos (CLP) unless otherwise noted (for example, “US $” means american dollar).
In order to process your order correctly, your billing address MUST be the same as the billing information from your credit card account. There are no exceptions to this rule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Every order is shipped on labor days (Monday to Friday, except holidays). Please wait between 7 to 12 labor days to receive your order.
The shipping cost will be added and shown in your bill.

If you want to cancel or exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to help you and we will do everything in our reach to fix your order. Nonetheless, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be exchanged until the product has been returned. Please see our return policy for details.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any Products, you may return them to us, in its original package within 30 days of purchase. We will change your product gladly.
Once the exchange is ready, your new item (s) will be shipped as soon as we receive your returned package and any extra payment if required.
Any returned item must be new, unworn in its original packaging in perfect conditions, since the packaging is part of the product itself.
Damaged, dirty or products without their original packaging will not be accepted. In this case, an e-mail will be sent to you, notifying the shipping expenses so we can send your items back to you.
You may return products by any means you consider safe. In case your package gets lost, damaged or robbed we cannot take any responsibility or refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned package in case it does not meet the specs detailed above.

Discount codes are non-transferable. Coupons cannot be combined with another discount code or special prices. Coupons must be used before expiring date. Every purchase made with a coupon is considered a final sale, and do not apply to refund or exchange.

An item is considered defective, if are damaged on arrival or if it present any manufacturing defect within 6 months from purchase. Keep in mind that damage through deterioration does not apply as defective.
If possible, we offer to fix any defective item. Please keep in mind that if you wish to exchange your product, we will do so for the same size item, subject to availability. You will get a full refund if your item cannot be fixed or replaced.
Refunds will only be made for defective or damaged items.
Your refund will be made to the original payment credit card, including every shipping costs.
A credit card refund may take up to 10 workdays, according to each bank´s internal policies.

Our website does not applies the 3rd article of Chilean´s Law N°19.496, once you enter our website you agree to our purchase, contract and refunds policies, stated in the following document.
For the record, is stated that THE COPPER COMPANY is a Chilean based Company, and every user agrees to abide by the Chilean law. Each part of it, for legal aspects, state their address in the city of Santiago, and for any legal aspects, they will turn to this city´s courts of law.
